What I keep, and for how long.
Briefly: only what you type into the form, only so I can reply, and deleted on request.
Who I am
This site is operated by HTG-Software EU SRL, registered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, company number 42556410. For any question about your data, use the contact form and I will reply to the address you leave.
What I collect
Through the contact form: your name, email address and message. Through the call request form: your name and phone number. I do not ask for and do not need anything else in order to answer an enquiry.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to continue the conversation. I do not use the data for anything else, do not sell it, and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long I keep it
Messages that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after twelve months. If we sign a contract, contact details are kept for the duration of the contract and the warranty period.
What the site tracks
Nothing that identifies you. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie, which is why you see no cookie banner. The only external service is Cloudflare Turnstile on the forms, which blocks automated submissions.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for a copy of the data I hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted entirely. Write through the form and I will deal with it within thirty days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
